Definition

The total quantity of all components, inspection lots or notifications that are represented by the data node.

The lot quantities are added for inspection lots, reference quantities for individual notifications are added for notification nodes and quantities from the batch where-used list are added for components.

Use

Dependencies

The total quantity can only be calculated if all data records for a data node relate to the same material, and if the units of measurement for the single quantities can be converted into one another. Otherwise the system cannot return the total quantity.
