Definition

Displays the processing status of the allocation in the worklist.

Use

You can use monitor control to display the processing status of the allocation record. There are the following allocations:

New allocations - Inspections to be allocated

The icon shows whether:

• An allocation exists for the current inspector and application
• One or more allocations exist for the inspection lot and operation, which are defined for another inspector or application
• No allocation exists for the inspection lot and operation

New allocations - Edited records

• Red tick: Allocation incomplete or with errors
• Green tick: Allocation complete and with no errors

Existing allocations - Worklist

• Green: Allocation complete and without errors (however if necessary, there is an error log for confirmation)

Existing allocations - Edited records

• Red: Allocation incomplete or with errors
• Yellow: Allocation marked for deletion
• Green: Allocation complete and with no errors
