Definition

Defines the status of the certificate receipt.
Allowed statuses are:

• 1 - Certificate expected
• 2 - Certificate received
• 3 - Reminder for certificate sent
• 4 - Certificate receipt escalated
• 5 - Certificate stored (optical archive)
• 6 - Certificate receipt canceled
• 7 - Certificate defective

Use

The certificate record is either created manually or automatically at goods receipt. When the record is created, status Certificate expected or status Certificate received is set. If the current certificate record has status Certificate expected, you can confirm the receipt of the certificate as follows:

• Using the transaction for changing the certificate receipt
• Using the usage decision transaction

Note:

If the receipt of the certificate was already confirmed and the status was changed retrospectively to Certificate expected or Certificate received using the transaction for changing the certificate receipt, then the inspection lot status does not change.
