Use
You set this indicator if you want to assign a stock proposal to the usage decision code.
To assign the quantity to be posted to the corresponding stock type using the selected set code definition, choose Edit -> Stock proposal.

If the quantity posting proposed in the usage decision code is to be carried out automatically, you also need to set the indicator for the automatic quantity posting (Column D)
