Definition

This field displays additional data for each employee.

You can display the following additional information:

  • No display
    Only displays text when an employee works part-time or is assigned to more than one organizational unit.
  • Employee's job
    Applies only to the target plan. Jobs are always displayed in the actual plan.
  • Employee's current time balance
    Displays the difference between the sum of planned hours based on the personal shift schedule and the scheduled times according to your shift planning.
  • Overtime balance from the last time evaluation
    Displays flextime balance.
  • Planned work schedule
    Displays planned work schedule based on the latest plan.
  • Planned working hours
    Displays planned working hours based on the employee's personal shift schedule.
