Definition

This indicator is used to determine whether passwords are to be case-sensitive. If the indicator is set (X), the password is evaluated exactly as it is entered; if the indicator is not set ( ), the system converts the password to upper-case internally and does not take account of upper- and lower-case in comparisons.
