Definition

Specifies the status of a data record in an interface table before or after the first attempt to transfer the record to a Time Management table.

Use

The system assigns the following statuses:

  • blank or 0: The record is new. No attempt has been made to transfer it.
  • 1: The record was transferred successfully
  • 2: An error occurred during transfer. The record could not be transferred.
  • 3: The record is locked
  • 4: A data record was cancelled. The original data record and its cancellation record cancel each other out. The system does not transfer records that cancel each other out, therefore the records remain in the interface table.
