Definition

Specifies the value of the priority evalution. The component variant with the highest value is effective when a PVS is exploded, if there are several component variants with effective object dependencies.

Use

The field is automatically filled when object dependencies are created for the component variant. You can change the value manually, however.

Dependencies

The automatically determined value of the priority evaluation is equal to the number of and terms in the selection conditions.

CAUTION: If you use the functions for both evaluation priority, and characteristics planning, the material that the system selects as the effective material using the evaluation priority is ignored in characteristics planning.
