Definition

Function module that you use to assign names to the change statuses of your recipes according to your own criteria.

Use

This function module is called when a new change status is created for a given recipe type.
If you do not assign a function module here, or the function module assigned does not return a name for the change status, the system uses function module RCP_ECN_COUNTER to assign sequence numbers for the change statuses of your recipe.

Dependencies

You only need to make this setting if you have permitted recipe editing with a change number in the change master record field.

The function you assign here must be defined and activated in the Function Library of the SAP System (see IMG activity Set Up Name Assignment for Change Statuses).
