Definition

You can define the earliest recalculation date for different areas. These areas are defined by the recalculation category.

The SAP standard system has four recalculation categories:

  1. 01 - Incentive wages
Here, the earliest recalculation category defines the earliest date for which you can enter and change time tickets.
  2. 02 - PDC
The earliest recalculation date for time evaluation (PDC) defines the earliest starting date for a recalculation run. Any changes made before this date are not taken into account, even if they are relevant to the recalculation.
  3. 03 - Time statement form
The earliest recalculation date for time statement forms is the earliest date for which recalculated data is printed.
  4. 04 - Pair formation
The earliest recalculation date for pair formation defines the earliest date for which you can enter time events in the Time Events infotype (2011). Please note that the earliest recalculation date for PDC is also taken into account when you enter time events in infotype 2011.

In the customizing system (V_T582A), you can set infotype parameters so that infotype records may be created and changed if the start date of the record is before the earliest recalculation date.

However, these records are not recalculated even if the infotype parameters are set accordingly.
