Documentation

Definition

Specifies the order in which the operations of a sequence are executed.

Supplementary Documentation - PTRV_WEB_INTERFACE_VORNR0001

Use

From this operation onward, the operations of the reference operation set are inserted.

Supplementary Documentation - PTRV_WEB_INTERFACE_VORNR0005

Use

Enter the number with which you want to transfer the first activity of the reference operation set to the operation overview of the routing.

Supplementary Documentation - PTRV_WEB_INTERFACE_VORNR0006

Use

When you are planning statistical key figures on networks, you can plan on a single network activity or on a group of network activities. You must decide on one or the other alternative.

You plan groups of network activities when you want to access multiple network activities of your application area or responsibility area.

Technical Note

Technically, a group of network activities is represented by sets. An activity group is a set (with any name) for table CCSS and field name VORNR..

Procedure

To find out how to create sets, see the handbook FI-GLX Sets.

To create a set, follow this path in the Easy Access Menu: Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> Special Purpose Ledger -> Tools -> Set Maintenance -> Sets -> Create.

As the reference set, you can use set PS0000000001 from client 000 for table CCSS. It contains all possible activity numbers.

Choose Environment -> Transport -> Copy from Client.

For the set type, choose basic or single.

Supplementary Documentation - PTRV_WEB_INTERFACE_VORNR0007

Use

Enter the number of the activity that you want to confirm.

Dependencies

Example

Procedure

Enter the key for an operation for the network to which you want to assign costs.

Supplementary Documentation - PTRV_WEB_INTERFACE_VORNR0800

Definition

Number that uniquely identifies the operation.

Use

This number determines the sequence in which the operations are processed.

Supplementary Documentation - PTRV_WEB_INTERFACE_VORNR2400

Use

Enter the number of the operation that you want to have a relationship to the selected operation.

Supplementary Documentation - PTRV_WEB_INTERFACE_VORNR4400

Definition

Key that identifies an operation or phase in a recipe.

Use

This key determines the sequence in which the operations and phases are output in the operation view.

Procedure

  • For clarity, choose the numbers so that the following information from the operation overview can be seen:
    • The approximate time sequence of the operations and phases
    • The assignment of the phases to operations
  • Select an appropriate increment or distance between the numbers so that you can insert additional operations and phases if necessary. Automatic renumbering is not possible.

Examples

Number    Sequence of Operations and Phases

1000     First operation

1010     First phase of first operation

1020     Second phase of first operation

1030     Parallel phase to second phase of first operation

2000     Second operation

2010     First phase of second operation

2020     Second phase of second operation

Dependencies

The operation and phase numbers are proposed by the system in accordance with the increment from the recipe profile.
