Use

Sponsors use grants to support or encourage public projects without being directly involved. The grant can cover some or all of the costs of the project.

A grant type must be entered in the system for each grant. The grant process is represented in the SAP system as the life cycle of the grant. The life cycle can be defined separately for each grant type and consists of various phases.
