Use

If you set this indicator for supplied goods and services with VAT refund code Other (010), when the system checks the completeness of the trip receipt it looks to see if the VAT details contain a description of the supplied goods or services.

For supplied goods and services with VAT refund codes 001 - 009, the system does not interpret this indicator.

For EU member states, the additional description of supplied goods and services with VAT refund code Other (010) is prescribed by the COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2008/9/EC of 12 February 2008 that stipulates detailed rules for the refund of value added tax, Article 9, paragraph 1.

Dependencies

The setting does not influence the field control of the receipt data.
