With the separation allowance for external stay, absences are classified into different absence types such as vacation or illness.

Use
Choose an absence type and select the calendar days on which you were absent.
The absences for approved parallel business trips are imported automatically. You can enter the trips home on the Trips Home tab. If the trips home were made by the separation allowance recipient himself, the relevant calendar days are displayed for the absence type Trips Home.
