Definition
Specifies which document versions are to be displayed.
Use
In normal circumstances, you will want to view the latest version of a document. To do this, select the Current Version Only field.
If you select the Current and Old Version field, you can display previous document versions.
- If you leave the Document Version field blank, you obtain an overview of all existing document versions.
- If you do make an entry in the Document Version field, you can have particular document version numbers displayed.
