You can choose between the following options:
- With General Notification
The e-mail only contains the text you created in Customizing. - With All Documents
In addition to the text, the e-mail contains the individual documents that have to be processed or read. - With Versions of Documents
In addition to the text, the e-mail contains all available versions of the individual documents that have to be processed or read. This function is available for approvers so that they can track the history of a document.
