Use

Select this indicator when you run this report for the first time in the tax year. The system then does not search for existing sequence numbers in the tax year. This saves processing time and improves performance.

In case you have run this report earlier in the same tax year, do not select this indicator.

Additional Information

When this report is processed for second time in the same tax year, its necessary to allot sequence numbers starting from the last allocated sequence number. To achieve this, the system looks for existing Sequence numbers for a Employer Tax ID for a selected year.

In case you are running the report for the first time in year, this step is not necessary as you start with Sequence No. 1.
