Definition

If you select this field, recorded attendances and absences (from infotypes 2001 and 2002) are also displayed in the Web application.

Use

You can use this function to simplify processing of clock-in/out corrections for your users. Users can then quickly detect periods that contain no data.

The absences/attendances are displayed as follows:

• Full-day absences/attendances overlay the information about the planned working time in the first line underneath the date field.
• Partial-day absences/attendances are displayed differently depending on whether the times were entered as clock times or as a number of hours:
• Absences/attendances entered as a number of hours are displayed in the second line underneath the date field.
• The period of an absence or attendance entered as clock times is highlighted in color in the calendar.

Dependencies

The output depends on the settings you made in the HRSIF feature.
