Definition
Specifies whether all existing data records of a quota type are to be totaled in the Web application.
Use
If you select this field, the system totals the quota information that is stored for an absence quota type in the system. It then outputs only one line for each quota type in the Web application.
The validity and deduction period displayed is related to the total of all quota records. The system displays the earliest existing date as the start date and the latest date as the end date.
Note
You should use this function only if, in your enterprise, the validity and deduction period goes up to the system date and you generate the annual leave for the following year relatively close to the start of the new deduction period, for example. If you do not, employees would lose important contextual information.
