Definition

Specifies the data the system is to include when calculating the time account statuses. In the Web application, employees can obtain information about time account statuses such as:

• Total entitlement
• Used
• Approved/not approved
• Planned

Use

If you select this field, the system does not include requests that have not yet been posted when it calculates the time account statuses. The requests that have not been posted have the following status in the document database:

• SENT
• APPROVED
• ERROR

Dependencies

Note the connection of the option you choose here with the time account statuses that you display in the Web application. For example, if you do not select this field, the Unapproved field will always display the value 0.00.
