Definition

Specifies the format in which partial-day absences are entered and displayed.

Use

  • In the Leave Request Web application, it specifies how partial-day absences can be entered. You should take account of your settings in the HRSIF feature.
    If you specify a number of hours/clock times, the system calculates in the Leave Request the missing clock times/number of hours, as in data entry for the Absences infotype (2001).
  • In the Clock-In/Out Corrections Web application, it specifies how partial-day absences are displayed.
    • Clock times: The absences are displayed in the table alongside the related clock times.
    • Hours: The absences are displayed in the table header.
    • Hours and clock times: Absences recorded only with durations are displayed in the table header. Absences recorded with clock times are listed in the table.

The entries in this field apply to both Web applications.
