Documentation
Definition
Specifies the technical key of the documentation object containing an explanatory text for the absence type. The documentation object has to have the document class DT (dialog text).
Use
You can use this function to provide users with additional information about an absence type. The text is displayed in addition to the name of the absence type.
The length of the text is restricted to ensure that it can be displayed properly in the Web application. The text must not exceed 1024 characters. Formatting such as bold and italics is not supported in the Web application; you can only use normal text.

Example
- You want to provide information about the circumstances in which employees are permitted to take leave for moving house, the entitlements they have, and any peculiarities they have to note when requesting the leave.
- You want to provide information on the uses of the special leave 1 day absence type and so add the following text:
Wife in childbirth, death of parent or parent-in-law, attendance at own childs wedding.
