Definition

Specifies whether the system checks an employee's read authorization for the Absences (2001) and Attendances (2002) infotypes when he or she uses the Leave Request or Team Calendar web application.

Use

Select this field if you do not want the system to check the user's authorization for displaying absences in the team calendar.

Dependencies

If the field is selected and the authorization is insufficient, the attendances and absences of employees in the team are made anonymous (meaning the type of attendance/absence is not specified) in the team calendar. However, if the field is not selected and the authorization is insufficient, the attendances and absences are not displayed in the team calendar.
