Definition

Specifies the data that is included in the plausibility checks for a requested absence. The plausibility checks include collision checks and a check for sufficient remaining leave, for example.

Use

If you select this field, the system also checks new requests that are still open, change requests, and cancellations that have not yet been stored in the infotypes and have the following status in the document database:

  • SENT
  • APPROVED

Dependencies

  • It is assumed that only one to two open requests are relevant for the employee in the checks. If there are significantly more open requests, the processing time for the checks may increase.
  • Note that, in rare cases, collisions that cannot be detected by the check may occur for cancellations.

    Example:

    • Absence posted on Feb 11
    • Absence moved to Feb 12 by means of a request
    • New request created for Feb 11
    • Request for Feb 12 canceled

This constellation causes a collision with the newly created request, which cannot be detected in this check.
