Definition
This field contains the valid ID version number.
Use
If an employee loses his or her ID, a different version number can be used so that the employee can keep the old ID number. The old ID is no longer valid because its version is invalid. For this reason, it can no longer be used to effect time postings at the time recording terminal.
Dependencies
This function may not be supported by the subsystem.
