Definition
Absence and attendance reasons can also be entered by employees, in addition to their clock-in and clock-out times directly at a time recording terminal, when time data is recorded by maschine.
In this way, absence/attendance types, which are normally recorded in the Absence (2001) and Attendance (2002) infotypes, are defined in Customizing by a special key so that they can be processed at the time recording terminal.
These keys can be manually corrected or added in the Absence/Attendance Reasons field in the Time Events infotype.
