Use

When requests relating to the pension information procedure are recorded, the postal code of the pension recipient is also transferred to the financial reporting data. The postal code is taken from the Addresses infotype (0006).

If the payment recipient deviates from the authorized recipient, you may have to also transfer the postal code of the recipient. In this case, the value from the Addresses infotype (0006) is overwritten.

Use

Postal code according to user-defined table.
In the Postal code / City fields, enter the address information specified by the employee.
District data is linked to the postal code and name of the city. This allows you to use the city data when passing employee address data on to government agencies.

Procedure

Examples

The employee lives in the 'Groot-Bijgaarden' district of 'Dilbeek' and would like the district name used in correspondence instead of the city name.

Enter 1701 Groot-Bijgaarden
(City: 1700 Dilbeek).

Dependencies

When you enter the postal code, the system automatically determines the name of the district which matches the city.
