The data in this field can be changed daily.
You can define this field as time-based in the configuration menu of Cost Center Accounting.
- If you activate this indicator, you can maintain separate data for any number of different time intervals.
- If you do not activate this indicator, you can make only one field entry valid for all intervals. If, however, you change a time-based field, you can enter a new value in the non-time-based field that is valid for the interval of the time-based field.

If you ONLY enter the postal code, and not the city, the system attempts to read the corresponding city from the table TNPLZ. If it finds a matching entry, the system transfers the city into the corresponding field on the screen.
When you enter 7000, the system places the city 'Stuttgart' in the City field.

When requests relating to the pension information procedure are recorded, the postal code of the pension recipient is also transferred to the financial reporting data. The postal code is taken from the Addresses infotype (0006).
If the payment recipient deviates from the authorized recipient, you may have to also transfer the postal code of the recipient. In this case, the value from the Addresses infotype (0006) is overwritten.
Supplementary Documentation - PSTLZ_HR 2001
This field gives the postal code for a Norwegian city or post office. It is checked against the valid Norwegian postal codes which are held in a customizable table.
Supplementary Documentation - PSTLZ_HR 2005
Postal code in accordance with the valid, seven-character format consisting of four digits, a blank and two letters.
Supplementary Documentation - PSTLZ_HR 2012
Postal code according to user-defined table.
In the Postal code / City fields, enter the address information specified by the employee.
District data is linked to the postal code and name of the city. This allows you to use the city data when passing employee address data on to government agencies.
The employee lives in the 'Groot-Bijgaarden' district of 'Dilbeek' and would like the district name used in correspondence instead of the city name.
Enter 1701 Groot-Bijgaarden
(City: 1700 Dilbeek).
When you enter the postal code, the system automatically determines the name of the district which matches the city.
Supplementary Documentation - PSTLZ_SORT0001
IS-H: Sort field for the postal code (Patient Accounting)
By allocating a number in this field, you can determine how the list to be created is to be sorted according to the postal code.
For example, if you enter '3' here, but two other sort fields have the numbers '1' or '2', then sorting is only carried out with reference to the postal code from the 3rd position.
