Use this indicator to specify the following:
The recipient receives the current state of the project data. That means he or she receives the exact same project data as what you had when you sent him or her the mail, even if project data has changed in the meantime.
If you do not set this indicator, the recipient could get different datathat what you sent him because the data are read from the database again when the recipient opens his or her mail.
