Use
You set this indicator when you are dealing with a Public Law dunning procedure.
This controls particular calculation procedures for dunning charges and dunning interest (in this case delay supplements). For example, if the dunning interest is levied for the public-law dunning procedure on a monthly basis, in other words, for each month started, a particular precentage of the overdue amount is placed in an invoice. In contrast to this, the dunning interest for the private-law dunning procedure is calculated on a daily basis.
All settings for calculating dunning charges and dunning interest are defined with the public-law dunning procedure in the additional data for the public-law dunning procedure.
