Definition

In selecting this field, all complete requests will automatically be saved with "approved" status. It is therefore not possible to save the requests in a complete, but not yet approved status. Instead, all requests will immediately be saved as approved parked documents.

Use

The setting which you choose in this screen is only valid for the processing of a single request. When you exit the request the Customizing settings will become active again.
