Use
If you select this field, the summarization delivered in the standard is suppressed on printing out requests.
The grouping takes places as internal program and is stored in the so-called form type. For additional information on the form type, see the IMG documentation for Funds Management Government in the step Request printout: Assign individual forms .
The grouping together can lead to significant data loss. For example, documents witht the same commitment item might have different cost centers. When grouping together, this information would be lost.
Example
On the printout of a request containing an FM accoutn assignment but different subledger accounts, the subledger accounts and the associated amounts are only listed in the attachment. In the request itself, only the overall amount and not the individual subledger accounts are displayed.
