Definition

This field defines how a user/personnel number assignment should be interpreted when authorization checks of HR infotypes are carried out.

The following values are permissible:

• I: additional authorizations for the assigned personnel number
• E: excluded authorizations for the assigned personnel number

If you enter both the authorizations I and E, authorization E will always be given preference.

The value '*' is not allowed in this context.

Note

You set up a user/personnel number assignment in the Communications infotype (0105).
