Use

You use this data set to access the short and long texts of the following objects:

  • Project definitions
  • Work breakdown structure elements (WBSEs)
  • Networks
  • Activities
  • Activity elements
  • Milestones

The multilanguage Short Texts tab is only available when you have specified the multilanguage function in Customizing for Project System under Activate Multi-Language Support.

You can access the short and long texts of these objects in the read-only mode or the edit mode.

With this data set, you can save data directly or in the background.

In this data set, you can access the detailed view of Long Texts; and the combined detailed and overview screen of Short Texts, for each of the following objects:

  • Work breakdown structures
  • Networks
  • Activities
  • Activity elements
  • Milestones
