Customer Fields

Use

You use this data set to access the customer fields of the following objects:

  • Project definitions
  • Work breakdown structure elements (WBSEs)
  • Networks
  • Activities
  • Activity elements

    Note

    This data set is available only if you have implemented a Business Add-In (BAdI) that allows you to define customer fields. For more information, see Customizing for Project System under -> Handling Large Projects -> Business Add-Ins -> Define Tab Page for Customer Fields.

You can access the customer fields of these objects in the read-only mode, the edit mode, or the shared mode.

Note

The shared mode is only available if you have deactivated the default BAdI implementation BADI_IMPL_PS_SHARED_MODE. For more information, see Customizing for Project System under Handling Large Projects -> Business Add-Ins -> Make Settings for Project Editor.

With this data set, you can save data directly, or in the background, or as a draft.
