Definition
The employee is given a mobilisation code after they have completed their national service. This mobilisation code is often referred to during a mobilisation exercise. For example if an employee belongs to the mobilisation code 'A001, Read Bean' then when there is a mobilisation exercise for code A001, this employee is required to report back to his national service unit before the end of the day.
