Bar Indicator
In Singapore Civil Service,Salary scales are assign to either
individual employees or group of employees. The format of Salary scale
is given below
e.g. $1665 x 115 - $1780 / $1965 x 135 - $3045
$1665 x 115 - $1780 is considered to be one Bar
$1665 = Minimum Salary
$115 = Increment
$1780 = Maximum Salary
i.e. An employee can draw the Salary of $1665 dollars with an annual
increment of $115 and he can reach the limit of $1780
