Definition
The adjusted recoverable costs for a product within a production sharing contract (PSC) are derived based on the recoverable costs.
The production sharing contract can state that recoverable costs can be adjusted by a defined rate and that the contractor is finally reimbursed for the adjusted recovered costs. The adjustment rate can be defined in the calculation scheme details.
The calculation is as follows:
Adjusted recoverable costs = Recoverable costs * Rate
