Definition
The profit (including excess profit) for a product within a production sharing contract (PSC) is the total profit that is left of the total production reduced by the calculated royalty and the adjusted recovered costs.
The calculation is as follows:
Profit (incl. excess pr.) = Total production - Royalty - Adjusted recovered costs
