Definition
When this Oil Indicator is set, the quarterly forecast Crude Oil Entitlement Percentage (COEP) is applied to the monthly production by production sharing contract (PSC) in order to identify the contractor share and the government share of production.
When this Oil Indicator is not set, then the product is recognized as gas. The percentages to use to apportion the lifting of gas products are determined by dividing production per PSC over the total production per month.
