Definition
The contractor net percentage is applied to the amount that results from the application of the percentage specified in the Rate field against the base of the calculation category for the calculation scheme. The resulting amount goes to the contractor.
The contract net percentage is not used for royalty (because 100% always goes to the government) and for costs (because 100% always goes to the contractor).
