Definition
Access control list (ACL) can be inherited from one object to its sub objects. This flag is used to prevent objects from creating ACL rigths that can be inherited.
Use
When a Project or Network is created with a profile that has this flag set, the Inheritance flag will NOT be visible in the ACL screen and the user will NOT be able to inherit ACL rights to sub objects.
