Definition
Use this indicator to specify that there can only be one WBS element at the first level (root) for each project definition.
Note
If you set this indicator and at this point have projects which already have several WBS elements at the first level, you can still save with several roots. As soon as you save the WBS with only one root, you can no longer create any more WBS elements at the first level.
