External proxy names are qualified by namespaces.

These namespaces are part of the external key and can be used to avoid naming conflicts. For the same external key you cannot create multimple proxies. If you generate a proxy for an external key already used by a proxy the existing proxy wil be re-used. For details see also: Reusing Proxy Objects.
