Definition
The project number is a unique identification of a RK project
(Project or an item in a project from a project hierarchy).
Master records are maintained according to the project number.
The project number can be a maximum of 16 positions long and begins
with a structure indicator. The possible structure indicators can be
found in Table 206 under the hierarchy indicator P (project).
The project number can be divided into several hierarchy structures
('.' as an edit character). The number of places per level is also
defined in Table 206. The project hierarchy is automatically determined
in the division of levels.
Example: The project I.12.3.1 is dem Projekt I.12.3
untergeordnet; auf der obersten Stufe dieser
Projekthierarchie steht das Projekt I.12 .
Ein Element der Projekthierarchie wird auch als Projekt-
position bezeichnet.
Beispiel: die Projekte (eigene Projektstammsaetze) I.12.3.1
und I.12.3 sind Projektpositionen aus der Pro-
jekthierarchie I.12 .
Jeder Stufe der Projekthierarchie koennen ueber Tabelle
206T eigene Bezeichnungen zugewiesen werden.
Beispiel: 1. Stufe (I.12) Topprojekt
2. Stufe (I.12.3) Unterprojekt
3. Stufe (I.12.3.1) Gewerk
The project number can be entered with the edit character or in its
entirety with leading zeros for each level.
Example: from Table 206, Length 1. Level 2 Places
2. Level 3 Places
3. Level 2 Places
Enter: I.12.3.1 or
I120030100000000
