Definition

You can use this field to determine whether you want to check the employee data online or whether you want a printed version.

Use

Print output
Activate this field if you want a list of all the time infotypes entered for the selected employees.
In this instance, only the function Print will be available on the list screen. Additional functions such as line selection or creating infotypes are not available.

Online output
Leave the field empty if you want to display the employee's time documents online.
If you select a line, you can display detailed information, such as individual infotype records, when this is displayed.
Only one employee's data is displayed. To display another employee's data, choose Next employee or Previous employee.
