Definition
This parameter allows you to set the position requirements in such
a way that they are interpreted as compulsory requirements. The
parameter specifies the priority value up to which the position require-
ment is a compulsory requirement.
Example:
Value = 1: All requirements with priority <= 1 are compulsory require-
ments of the position.
Value = 3: All requirements with priority <= 3 are compulsory require-
ments of the position.
