Definition
You are using responsibilities for rule resolution. They can have a priority as an attribute, that is, if a high priority responsibility is found using the specified criteria, no responsibilities with lower priority are taken into account.
This indicator determines how the system behaves if no agent is found for the high priority responsibility. If the indicator is set, lower priority responsibilities are checked until an agent is found, otherwise, rule resolution finishes without a result.
