Use

The R/3 system automatically proposes the duration of the probationary period.

You can change the default period.

Dependencies

The duraion of the probationary period is defined in Customizing for Personnel Administration under Contractural and Corporate Agreements -> Contract Elements -> Determine Default Contract Elements.

Use

This value gives the length of the probationary period. It is set in Customizing in table T5D71 and is valid as long as it is not overwritten by "deviating periods" in infotype 0016.
