Use
Action determination is based on conditions. There are conditions that control the further determination process and conditions, which when met, schedule an action. Like the determination technology, the conditions are assigned at the level of an action definition. A condition definition and an action definition must be available for a condition.
The condition definition is assigned a name and a combination from the condition requests. The condition requests refer to the attributes of the business object available in the action profile and return the value True or False.
In the action definition, you can either transfer the basic settings from the transaction SPPFC or change them here. In the latter case, the default value from Customizing must not be selected. Additionally, the following attributes can be specified for the basic settings:
- Partner number
- The settings for the processing media
You can specify a recipient (printer, fax number, e-mail address) for the Smart Forms processing media.
For Smart Forms print, you can also specify spool settings and spool recipient.
- The conditions are displayed in the list with the following information:
- Condition name
- Processing media assigned
Stop indicators and OK indicators are displayed in the list of conditions for a condition. Conditions with stop indicators are process conditions. You can convert the type of condition (process condition or condition with action) by double-clicking on the field for executing the stop indicator. If conditions have a green OK indicator, the system has found no errors in the configuration. Red means that the settings are incorrect. You can call the error analysis from the menu bar of the error log.
